These products are supplied as 50uL aliquots pre-mixed with loading buffer and loading dye that are ready to load straight onto an agarose gel.
At the recommended volume of 10uL per well, there is sufficient material for five runs.
The high stability of these products means you can store unused material for up to 4 weeks in a refrigerator, or up to 6 months in a freezer.
G42.40 DNA Molecular Weight Ladder, 2500 base pairs, 50uL
- At least 10 DNA fragments in exact increments of 2500 base pairs, with a stronger band at 10,000 base pairs.
- Mass of DNA = 5ug in 50uL of loading buffer/dye.

- Due to the larger size of the DNA fragments in these samples, use a 0.8% agarose gel in TBE buffer
