Notes: Sodium salt, water soluble; when making a solution with this, if it turns green, add 4% sodium hydroxide solution dropwise until it turns blue. Over time it may turn orange. It is still useable, but if you prefer to start with it blue, add another drop of sodium hydroxide solution.
