Lambda DNA is 48502 base pairs in length.
It is extracted from lambda bacteriophage that is isolated from E.coli.
Mass of DNA is 10µg in 50µL of loading buffer/dye.
Storage Conditions:
- Shipped under ambient conditions.
- Store at 4°C upon receipt and use within 4 weeks. For longer term storage, keep at -20°C and use within 6 months.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thawing as this may cause some shearing of the DNA.
