Notes:  

  • Suspend 52g in 1L of distilled water. While stirring, bring to boil. Boil 3-5 mins. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool to 70°C then pour into sterile plates and allow gel to set. Store set plates on their lids (upside down) in the fridge.
  • For lab use only. Not for human consumption.
