Bring mitosis, chromosome replication, meiosis, and genetic inheritance to life with chromosomal modeling.

Each chromosome can be detached into individual chromatids that have multiple loci for placing alleles. 

Kit includes: (1 station = 1 model)

• 2 x pairs of model autosomes,
• 1 x pair of model Y chromosomes
• 2 pairs of model X chromosomes
• 4 x chromosome fragments to model crossing over events
• 24 x shapes of varying colors to simulate alleles. 
• 1 x Teacher manual including background information,instructions for hands-on activities, suggested extension activities, and reproducible student sheets.
