RNA is a single stranded molecule responsible for controlling the process of amino acid sequencing during protein synthesis.
Use this model on its own to show codons and the structure of RNA, or use it with a miniDNA model (AMDNA060-12 or AMDNA060-22) to demonstrate the process of transcription in which the DNA unzips, and bases in the cytoplasm match up with the exposed bases on the DNA to form RNA.
This kit contains 6 bases each of G,C A and U, 12 ribose, 12 phosphate, 4 transfer RNA parts and 4 amino acid units.
Qty: 1 kit
Notes:
- A 12-base kit is also available
