Notes:  

  • Nutrient growth media for microbiology are only available for sale to educational institutions where satisfactory disposal facilities are in place.

  • To make nutrient broth, dissolve 25g in 1 litre of distilled or deionised water with gentle heat if necessary.

  • Dispense into desired containers then sterilise by autoclaving for 15 min. at 121 Degrees Celsius.
