Packs of Petrifilm Aerobic Count Plates.
The Aerobic Count Plate is a ready-made culture medium system for the enumeration of aerobic bacteria commonly found in food and beverages, and on work surfaces.
These plates contain Standard Methods nutrients, a cold water gelling agent and triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC), an indicator that colours bacterial colonies red.

Notes:
- Store the unopened plates at less than 8°C. Open package just prior to use.
- To inoculate, place the Petrifilm Aerobic Count Plates on a flat level surface. Lift the top film and with a pipette perpendicular to the inoculation area, dispense 1 mL of sample suspension onto the centre of the bottom film.
