Protist culture medium suitable for subculturing Paramecium & Amoeba.
Pour 20 - 25mL of the culture medium into a clean glass Petri dish, approximately 100mm in diameter.
Sprinkle 5 - 10 grains of rice onto the surface.
Using a pipette, add 3 - 4mL of your protozoa culture to the culture medium and replace the lid of the Petri dish.
Qty: 100 mL + 1 vial containing rice grains
