 MED7.10 is 100g of Yeast Extract Dextrose agar Powder. 

 

This product is suitable for culturing UV Sensitive Saccharomyces cerevisiae cultures. 

 

Notes:  

  • 50g makes 1 litre of agar.
  • Suspend 50g of YED agar powder into 1 litre of distilled water. 
  • Sterilise at 121°C for 15 mins before use. 
  • For lab use only. Not for human consumption.
